How it works
- Send us what you have: the broken part, photos with a ruler for scale, measurements, or an existing 3D file.
- We model it: we recreate the part in CAD, or 3D scan it when the shape is complex.
- Test fit: we print it and check the fit, adjusting if needed.
- Get your part: pick it up locally or have it shipped, one piece or as many as you need.
Built for the job
We choose the material for how the part is used: PETG or ASA for outdoor and UV exposure, ABS, nylon, or polycarbonate for heat and strength, TPU for flexible parts. Not sure? Tell us what the part does and we'll recommend the right one.

Replacement part questions
Do I need a 3D file?
No. Most replacement parts start with the original piece, photos, or measurements. We handle the modeling.
Can you copy a part that is no longer made?
Usually, yes. That is one of the most common requests we get. Send photos and dimensions of the original (even if broken) and we will tell you what is possible.
Can you make multiples?
Yes. Once the part is modeled and fit-checked, we can print as many as you need. Large orders are welcome.
How long does it take?
Our typical turnaround is 48 hours. Parts that need more modeling or testing may take a little longer, and we will give you a timeline with your quote.
